Purchase cancellation, course change or refund and refund policies – Holistique Co., ltd.

Purchase cancellation terms & conditions

• Any purchase order, that is not paid within 3 days after purchase date, will be cancelled.
• Any complete purchase order cannot be cancelled; this includes the deposit of products, services, or promotions.

Course change or return terms & conditions

• Course promotion or deposit of promotion reservation cannot be changed or returned at any circumstances.
• In case of the client no longer being able to use any course service for reasons such as allergy to the medicine or other reason under consideration of the doctor, Holistique Wellness Center has rights to change the course for that client, on the condition of the product being the equal cost or if the client wishes to change to the course with higher cost, the client can make the additional payment for the difference.

Refund policies

• The full refund can be processed under the consideration of the doctor that the client cannot use the course after the trial and client does not wish to change the course. Holistique Wellness will proceed the full refund at cost of the course. This includes the case of the partial usage of the course and the client is not satisfied due to side effects and/or allergies. 

Duration of refunding procedure is 14 – 30 business days.
